首先将护腰的中间发热部分用干净的湿毛巾擦湿，然后将护腰直接固定在皮肤表面。为了保证人身安全，所以发热比较缓慢，一般30分钟左右即可感觉到明显的热感，根据每个人的身体情况，决定佩戴时间的长短，如果使用后，皮肤有灼热的感觉，属正常情况，请暂时摘下。决不会损伤皮肤，不擦湿也可使用，只是预热时间较长。
注意事项：
高热、出血倾向，温度感觉障碍及佩戴部位皮肤破损者禁用。急性软组织损伤，请24小时后使用。体内装有心脏起搏器者禁用。个别过敏体质者，请在医生指导下使用。如局部出现发红、灼热属于正常现象。产品取下后现象自然消失。严禁浸入水中泡洗，可用清水轻轻擦拭勿用清洁剂，漂白剂洗涤。孕妇及儿童禁止使用。在使用当中如有不适请停止使用或在医生指导下使用。
