可以很好的针对单组份丙烯酸涂料（TPA）、双组份聚氨酯涂料、热固性丙烯酸或聚酯涂料、环氧涂料、紫外线固化涂料以及UV涂料等，具有较好的透明性，尤其适合用于UV涂料中。
纳米通用包覆型色浆的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
a、配料，按照纳米通用包覆型色浆的组成成分及其重量比进行配料；
b、分散，将配料充分地进行搅拌，使其均匀混合；
c、研磨，将分散后的配料放入砂磨机进行研磨三至四次；
d、过滤，将研磨好的配料在进行过滤处理，制得纳米通用包覆型色浆
其中，所述的砂磨机内的研磨体系温度小于40度；所述的研磨的时间为3-4小时。
制备得到的纳米通用包覆型色浆的细度范围为100nm-300-500nm，细的粒径能100nm以下。
色浆的稳定性：
对于经过正确的配方和工艺流程制成的色浆，我们会对其进行pH值、黏度、表面张力和粒径大小等多项指标的测，一种好的色浆除了良好的色泽之外，另一个重要的性能就是良好的稳定性。
该类型色浆中色粉粒径很小，粒径分布窄，应用于涂料中具有较好的上色效果。因粉料粒子被透明性较好的纳米粒子所包覆，且纳米粒子对光的折射与反射作用，应用于涂料可以做到遮盖力与干燥性能的统一，由其适合用于UV涂料中。
