DFNWT series zero-stage nitrogen generator is a new type of product specially designed and produced by our company's technical researchers based on instruments that require high nitrogen purity such as environmental protection testing and scientific research experiments. On the basis of the DFNW series nitrogen generator, a hydrocarbon removal device is added to heat the catalytic unit to oxidize the residual hydrocarbons in the nitrogen stream to generate zero-order nitrogen, wherein the content of hydrocarbons is less than 0.05ppm.
The zero-stage nitrogen generator produced by our company adopts the industry's advanced materials and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, and uses carbon molecular sieves to remove oxygen, carbon dioxide and water in the compressed air source to generate high-purity nitrogen. It is a pure physical separation method, which completely eliminates the hidden danger of electrochemical separation of the instrument, thus ensuring its long service life and good durability, and its performance is excellent among similar products. The integrated oil-free compressor can supply nitrogen continuously for 24 hours without the need to access air from the outside, and its nitrogen purity is as high as 99.9999%.
