纵剪机刀片热处理要求高，热处理（回火处理5-8次）根据硬度而定，刀片须冷却，没热量方可加工。
刀片材料有：5CrW2Si、6CrW2Si、Cr12Mov、LD、H13、W18Cr4V、H13K等。
刀片的硬度根据材料而定，工具钢硬度一般为HRC58°-60°，特种钢一般为HRC60°-66°。
标准纵剪机刀片现货供应，非标纵剪机刀片可根据客户提供的图纸、规格及材料加工。
