材料

浆:水磨粘米粉澄粉(也叫小麦淀粉)、清水。三者比例是1比0.75比2.45,三者混合后即成粉浆
馅料:猪肉生菜
调味料:盐、油、生粉生抽、糖、料酒
酱油汁:生抽、清水(二者比例是1比1~2都可以,随自己口味定)、糖、油
蒸具:锅、肠粉盘

做法

1、先把酱油汁做好,热锅放少许油,再把生抽、清水和少许糖放入,烧开即可。
2、粉浆混合后加少许油和盐。
3、猪肉剁碎后加调味料拌匀。
4、生菜清洗干净控干水分待用。
5、锅里放少许水,把水烧开后把粉浆勺粉盘上,厚度约1至2毫米,再加上馅料和生菜,盖上锅盖大火烧二分钟即可。
6,吃时淋上酱油汁。
