粉尘采样器是一种测定一个工班内空气粉尘平均浓度的仪器。该仪器根据GB/T20964－2005《粉尘采样器通用技术条件》、Q/320581SXYB006-2018个体粉尘采样器技术条件及GB3836.4－2000标准中ExibI等级(本质型)设计,具有采样气流脉动小、负载能力大、流量稳定、操作简单、便于携带等特点，对呼吸性粉尘的分离效能符合“BMRC”标准曲线要求，特别适用于煤矿井下及其他含有危险性气体的作业场所使用。
1 采样流量：呼吸性粉尘采样时：2L/min(流量固定)
2 采样流量误差：≤3%FS
3 采样流量稳定性：采样器8小时内采样流量稳定性≤3.0%FS
4 负载能力：≥1000Pa
5 连续工作时间：≥12h（带负载）
6 工作噪声：≤65dB (A)
7 气密性：在1000Pa压力下，1min内其压力变化值不得超过100Pa。
8 流量计准确度：不低于2.5级。
