音叉试验已有一百多年历史,至今仍为临床判断耳聋性质的常用检查方法之一。常用音叉分钢制和合金两种,一套音叉一般分5个或8个频率,即:
 检查时,检查者手持叉柄,将叉臂向第一掌骨外缘或肘关节处轻轻敲击,用力适当,一致使其振动,将振动的叉臂置于距外耳道口i厘米处,两叉臂末端应与外耳道口在一平面上,来检查气导(ac)听力,检查骨导(bc)听力时,应将叉柄末端的底部压置于颅面上或鼓窦区。一般骨导检查以256赫和512赫的音叉最为适宜,因低于256赫的音叉测试骨导时能引起振动感,影响测试结果,高于512赫的音叉,检查时因高频音叉的振动能量不易通过叉柄传导,其气导强度比骨导高30分贝一45分贝,骨导测试所听到的声音又多来自气导,故用1024赫,2048赫音叉测骨导多不可靠。此外,对不同频率音叉采用不同的敲击方法:低频音叉前13处敲手掌鱼际部,中频音叉敲于腔骨,高频音叉则用金属锤敲击。如一概敲击于坚硬之物,则不能产生纯音而并发许多不和谐的杂音。音叉试验应在静室内进行。采用以下试验可初步鉴别耳聋为传导性或感音神经性耳聋。     电话:0553-8526476   QQ:458594786
